Yoga

Classes at Santosha are offered to students of all skill levels in a non-competitive atmosphere, and small class sizes ensure that our teachers can observe and give you individual attention. Classes are on-going and you may join at any time.

A yoga class moves from the opening relaxation, to the postures (a variety of standing, balancing and floor positions) and then to final relaxation and meditation.

At Santosha, we are committed to making Yoga available to everyone who would like to try it, without feeling intimidated or uncomfortable. We have dedicated certain time periods for people over fifty, beginners or those just needing a gentler workout. That way our students can learn to safely bend, stretch and balance their bodies. Have fun, stay fit and build up strength, flexibility and vitality!

Pilates

An exercise regimen designed by Joseph Pilates over eighty years ago, Pilates is a great exercise on its own, or as a complement to a Yoga practice. The Pilates technique develops strength in the abdomen, spine and shoulders for better stability and control. Classes at Santosha are on-going, and students of all skill levels may join at any time.

Gentle/Senior Stretch

A class designed to stretch out those aches and pains, build strength,
releasing physical and mental tension. A great class for any age in need of
a gentler workout.

Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness

A low impact, restorative and supportive exercise class designed to help
you through your pregnancy and birthing. Also perfect for getting you
back into exercising postpartum!

Boot Camp

An exciting new class! Full body workout cardio, strength training, abs
and stretch using body resistance, bands and medicine balls. If it's a
challenge you are looking for, this is it!
